Free Yin Yoga practice

Fundamental Yin Yoga practice for harmonaizing body and state of mind

This introductory yin yoga class is for anyone who wants to try the practice on myin.

If you'll like you can choose Annual or Monthly plan and get acceess to all Yoga classes, relaxation practicies and helpful notes about Yoga philosophy and physiology.

This half hour-long fundamental practice will help you in deepening your flexibility and range of motion in your hips, hamstrings and lover back. It can be heplpful in reducing tension in your body by holding poses for a long periods of time and targeting fasia,ligaments and joints. 

Always feel free to use props if it helps you to find the most comfoftable position in the poses and allows you to relax.
